Special the practical operation of electroformed laminating tools is well tried in the aeronautic industrie. In this sector the electroforming technique shows a big saving of material against the machining technique.

We often use in this technique CNC milled models which are useable as bath model after a special surface finishing. By doing this we have a very short time of realisation.

Very qualified for bath models are the modern PU resins. First step will be founded, second step is milling and at last it is finished.

Vacuum sealhood as well as reparations or corrections are self-evident. Special for big tools we have bathes with different volumes available. The biggest one contents 50.000 liters and has the sizes of 7.5 meters x 2.5 meters x 2.7 meters. Hereby we have a lot of possibilities and an ideal production capacity. As a whole we have 20 bathes with different sizes with a whole volume of more than 200.000 liters.
