The micro engineering is a matter of galvanic manufacturing of high precise component parts,
e.g. micro gearboxes for engines and drives, watch components and small groove structures.

Micro structures are made of nickel or nickel/cobalt. In this moment we are able to produce tools with an aspect ratio of 30. The tools are produced on structural substrates.

By our active cooperation with the research centre of Karlsruhe in the project “LIGA 4H” we could make extensive know how. Now we can produce micro tools in each requested quality. Structures at the high of 1,4 mm will be fulfilled complete with nickel or nickel/cobalt. The accuracy of this product is at app. +/- 50µ.

The quality of our tools was confirmed in numerous of alalyses.
